We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an excellent level of service to owners and tenants within our premium commercial portfolio. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experienced Property Manager in a commercial portfolio
- QLD certificate of registration & a full drivers licence
- Effective problem solver
- Excellent time management skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Experienced in Manhattan CMS or similar trust accounting software program
- Professional presentation & superior communication skills
