A dynamic, sleek and tech savvy agency based in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, this award winning team is looking for a highly motivated and sales driven Junior Agent to work under one of Sydney’s most elite sales agents. Set in stunning offices with the latest technology and systems along with an enviable pipeline of luxury Eastern suburbs properties to sell in 2018 this group will set your sales career up for incredible long term success.
The role:
Working under a highly skilled and multi award winning agent you will be coming to this role with strong passion and drive to be the best. Ideally 6 - 12 months experience working as a junior agent or previous sales experience in another industry with transferable skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending open homes and auctions
- Following up buyer inquiry and calling buyers back after opens
- Arrange private appointments and pre-settlements inspections
- Prepare for and attend appraisals
- Calling through past appraisals and cold prospecting
- Attend photo shoots
- Negotiate sales and manage buyer relationships
Experience:
- 12 months experience in real estate in a similar role
- Impeccable presentation & communication skills
- Must be an eastern suburbs local resident
- Sound knowledge of the East highly desirable
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- A clean drivers licence & reliable car
- Desire to be a sales agent long term
- A good attitude, drive to succeed and a willingness to listen and learn
