Our client is a successful Commercial Real Estate Agency, who works across both the Commercial and Retail asset classes in Melbourne and also overseas.  

Based in the CBD, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of shopping centres (4) and some commercial properties as well.  The shopping centres in the portfolio are neighbourhood centres and it also includes a homemaker centre.

Some other duties in the role include:

• Handling property repairs and maintenance
• Inspections and rent arrears
• Handling all property enquiries
• Building sustainable relationships with landlords and tenants
• Leasing and lease renewals
• Processing invoices
• Financial reporting and budget monitoring
• CAPEX works

To be considered for this role, you will have worked as a Commercial or Retail Property Manager before.  You will also have an understanding of the Retail Tenancies Act.
