Your new company
Our client manages a high profile commercial/industrial site in Sydney and is looking for an Operations supervisor to support the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator/Administrator to step up into a supervisory position with further career opportunities.
Your new role
The key accountability of this position is to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of maintenance works and services in accordance with the contract. This includes effective interaction with the Operations Manager, other employees, subcontractors and clients to ensure that the contract and business objectives are met.
The Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for administration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Administrator
- Demonstrated ability and experience in providing written reports as well as processing invoices
- High quality written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Essential current experience in Word, Excel, Outlook (or related programme).
- Demonstrated understanding of QA, WHS and environmental systems.
