The Client:
Our client is a well-known and highly regarded land development company who has been established for over 20 years. They have decades of experience in identifying, securing and developing desirable locations for people to live on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.

The Role:
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. This is an important position in the company where some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct Market Research on other Land Sales in Area
• Work with Marketing Manager to Devise & Implement Social Media Strategy e.g. We Chat
• Liaise with Sales Manager, External Agents & On-Site Sales Team
• Taking Enquiries that come from Online and Social Media
• Manage Channel Sales Partners

  
You:
Reporting into one of the industry’s leading Sales Manager’s, you will ideally possess:
  

• Previous Experience in Property/Channel Sales
• The Ability to Speak/Write both English & Mandarin
• Outstanding Relationship Building & Closing Skills
• We Chat & Social Media Experience
• A Friendly & Outgoing Personality
