The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Agent with 2 years Residential Sales experience to join their team. You will be provided with 24/7 full back end sales support and 2 senior advisors for additional support. You have flexibility in the choice of area you would like to sell in and do not have to be an office based agent! You will be joining a team who is professional, approachable and always willing to go above and beyond for their clients.
Your role will consist of but is not limited to:
- Prospecting
- Networking for new business and identify new business opportunities
- Obtaining listings of properties for sales
- Negotiating sales
- Preparation of sales contracts
- Conducting open home inspections for listed properties
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years Residential Sales Experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI's
- Ability to work autonomously from home and on the road
- Results driven
- A hunger and passion for sales
