The Basics of the role:

Initially, you will be in charge of managing a 'new business' portfolio - once this portfolio grows you will then have the opportunity to mentor, grow, and train more of your team! 

• Entry and exit reports 
• Conduct routine inspections 
• Manage lease renewals & rental arrears 
• Effectively liaise with landlords & tenants 
• Organise maintenance 
• General end to end Property Management 

The Experience:

• Real estate experience (Must have a minimum of 2 years Property Management Experience) 
• Must have experience in managing a portfolio 
• Hold a full drivers licence in QLD
• Have your Certificate of Registration in QLD
• Be ambitious, confident and self-motivated
• Be immaculately presented with a mature approach
• Have outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
• Has the ability to grow and mentor a team 
• Can work autonomously without constant direction, and show a great level of initiative 
• Have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality that compliments a team leading role 
• Thrive off of a busy work schedule
