The Role
Our client is currently experiencing growth and have expanded their tidy rent roll, introducing a new position as Assistant Property Manager.

As an Assistant Property Manager your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting 2 x Property Managers
• Over time be drip fed your own properties
• 80% Administration and in-house duties as required
• Liaise with tenants and owners

 The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Ability to deliver high end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
• 12 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Reception 
• Must have Real Estate registration and Drivers Licence
