We currently have an opportunity within our Valuation & Advisory Services division for a Commercial Valuer to become an integral part of our Canberra team.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking commercial/development valuations.
- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives to expand the business.
- Producing valuation reports which demonstrate a high level of analysis and specialised expertise.
- Actively participating in our quality assurance process.
- Building effective business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a self starter and should be able to demonstrate experience in carrying out commercial/development valuations for banks, institutions and development groups. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Strong attention to detail is key as is excellent organisation and time management skills. It is essential that you’re a Registered Valuer with knowledge of commercial property.
