A snapshot of the role:
We're looking for a driven Space Planner to provide support to a key Government Client in Canberra. You will be part of a team of Senior Occupancy Planners and Space Data Managers to ensure an exceptional quality of service is delivered to the client. You will support the development and delivery of Space Planning solutions in line with Property Strategies that meet changing portfolio requirements including space allocation, relocation/consolidation planning, adjacency planning, etc.

This opportunity calls for a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, a process-driven outlook, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously. Experience in occupancy planning and space data reporting is important. A working knowledge of CAFM and/or IWMS administration and quality assurance is nice to have. You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirement.
