We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic property management team.
Here at Mantra Group we strive to provide high quality service to our clients and are looking for a person that wants to grow with the group, take a proactive approach to property management and contribute to our department goals.
The position is managing a portfolio of 75 – 100 properties with administrative assistance and trust account manager.
All the properties in the portfolio are located within Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach- minimal travel required leaving you more time to concentrate on providing excellent service.
The office is centrally located in Surfers Paradise, Office Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Liaising with tenants and owners regarding tenancy agreements
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Property maintenance co-ordination and management
- Conducting comparative market analysis’ to ensure market rents are being achieved
- Issue all notices to tenants in accordance with RTA legislation
- Lease management and administration
The ideal candidate will have:
- A current QLD real estate registration certificate
- Property management experience
- Knowledge of Console property management software including Live Agent App
- Exceptional communication & computer skills
- Well presented
- Be highly organized with excellent time management skills
- **Knowledge of hotel/ resort operations beneficial
