Our client is a highly successful and established real estate company located in Melbourne's inner north.
Their brand is well renowned in the immediate area and market place and they are looking for a junior that feels ready to step up and take on their own portfolio.
Completing end to end Property Management tasks you will have incredible support and training to allow you to do your role to the best of your ability including administration, leasing and trust accounting. Not to mention great mentors that are long standing within the organization that will train you in areas you are not yet confident in.
It is expected initially you will manage around 130 properties and this will be topped up as you become more confident in the role and are capable of managing a higher volume. This position would ideally suit an assistant or leasing consultant ready to 'step up' and take on that next challenge and becomming a fully fledged Property Manager.
Saturday's are few and far between with the expectation been about 1 in 6 and it is not a whole day, only from 9am-11am.
Some Property Management experience and exposure is essential to secure this role. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
