Facilities Manager Owner's Rep

The Employer:
Our client is one of Australia's highest profile owners who hold assets across Australia and undertake a self delivery model which provides greater control and efficiency for them and their high profile tenants.

Facilities Manager: Situated on site within the dedicated management team, reporting to the Senior FM,  you will be responsible for 

• Hard and Soft Facilities services,
• Ensuring building compliance and efficiency,
• Assisting with budgets and a significant CAPEX program.

You will focus maintaining optimum building performance, constantly monitoring efficiency. There is a CAPEX program scheduled and an understanding of the building services components for projects will be highly advantageous as you will be providing recommendations on capital works expenditure.

You will have a demonstrated highly developed Hard Services knowledge and ideally a technical building services background with solid experience in a similar Facilities Manager role. You will have excellent communication capabilities, able to deliver difficult messages to influential stakeholders succinctly and terms non technical people will understand.
