If you have a passion for facilities management, ensuring optimum building performance and delivering the highest quality customer service to high profile tenants then read further.
You will have a demonstrated highly developed Hard Services knowledge and ideally a technical building services background with solid experience in a similar Facilities Manager role. You will have excellent communication capabilities, able to deliver difficult messages to influential stakeholders succinctly and terms non technical people will understand. This exciting role will best suit someone with room to grow and expand their capabilities and personally gain from the experience of managing such a high profile asset.
