We are seeking an experienced and passionate sales manager to join our growing team who wants to be a part of growing our team and achieving our business goals.
Role and responsibilities
You are a sales manager with at least 5 years' experience leading a team in real-estate sales. You have a proven track record in sales and able to lead, mentor and drive a team of like-minded professional sales agents who strive to be the best at what they do.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Meet revenue and business targets through individual and team activity
- Ongoing Training and Support to the team
- Recruitment of Sales Consultants
- Generating leads and maintaining our CRM database
- Signing up new listings (both Auction & For Sale)
- Meeting with clients to ascertain needs and take briefs
- Conducting open for inspections and property viewings
- Negotiation of property purchases to close
- Signing of contracts & exchange
- Assist with Marketing & Sales strategies
- Managing the team to become more dollar productive
- Be able to report regularly and accurately to management.
- Assessing overall sales in both Sales & Rental departments
You will have:

- Experience negotiating and proven ability to build a rapport

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a current NSW Certificate of Registration (ESSENTIAL)
- Have a current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Have experience in Residential Real Estate Sales (min 5 years)
- Have proven results history
- Be driven
