An experienced Programme Manager is required by a leading multi-national organisation to run a $100 million programme of works over the next 3 years. With prior experience in the property industry, you will be dedicated to setting up the methodology and owning the process for fitouts/refurbishments and capital upgrades of plant and equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for Programme Management and its reporting
- Delivery of successful projects with a focus on an integrated handover process
- Taking a lead role in establishing and maintaining Health, Safety and Environmental systems
- Managing the commercial success of all site projects for the organisation
- Establishing, maintaining and managing Programme Management tracking and reporting systems to ensure success.
This opening will suit a candidate with the following experience:
- Excellent customer service and engagement management skills
- Proven background in successfully managing a programme of works, from initial methodology to delivery stage
- Experienced in running a procurement process, managing head contractors and running teams of consultants & contractors
- Relevant experience in the property industry, within a corporate environment.
