Immediate 4 week position. Facilities officer responsible for mail room management, facilities requests.

Your new company
Is a large facilities management service provider who services corporate, industrial, energy and retail clients throughout Australia.

Your new role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Corporate concierge and meeting and greeting guests and clients
• Logging maintenance requests and raising tickets through the internal FM system
• Contact contractors for any maintenance issues or repairs
• Distributing mail throughout the site, organising and sending couriers
• Ordering stock for kitchen and stationery
• Assisting with conferences and ordering catering
• Setting up AV equipment and troubleshooting
• Manage site inductions for contractors on site
• Fleet management and organising cars within the fleet

What you'll need to succeed

• Available immediately for a temporary, full time 4 week position
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role - front of house and facilities
• Understanding of facilities management and when to organise contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Polished presentation
• Great interpersonal skills
