An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join this stand-out office in the Eastern Suburbs. You will receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching from an experienced team whilst earning big bucks for new business!!
Your New Role
Forming a part of this dedicated Property Management team, you will be focused on growing this company's residential rent roll:
- Undertake networking and prospecting activities
- Attend listing appointments and conduct rental appraisals
- Sell property management services and sign up investment properties
- Take and address leasing enquiries
- Conduct open homes and appraise applications
About You
- You have a proven sales record
- You pride yourself personal image and presentation (you will be the face of the business)
- Client centric attitude, good work ethic, money orientated
- Open to learning new ways of selling their services of managing clients investment properties
- Current drivers licence and vehicle
