About the Opportunity
City Strata require the services a Branch Manager to join their award winning team in Canberra. Reporting to the NSW/ACT Branch Network Director, the successful applicant will manage a team of up to 15 people and join the wider Bright & Duggan Branch Network team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a management role with one of Australia’s leading property companies, with over 220 employees nationwide across five brands.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all KPI's and targets are being met
- Employee management.
- Mentoring for all employees, offering guidance and support wherever required.
- Attending meetings & providing advice as required.
- Being able to interpret legislation with confidence.
- Involved in the hiring and training of new staff.
- Day to day management of a small portfolio
- Develop and maintain the culture of the business.
- Integrate City Strata within the group.
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Strata Manager.
- Previous experience at managing a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to multi task & prioritise your work load
- Possess leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team
Salary for the successful applicant is dependent on experience and will be negotiated.
The role is open to both internal and external candidates.
