Our client is a boutique office with a young team and a fun atmosphere. You will be in charge of managing a tidy portfolio of 150 residential properties in the north and western suburbs. There is no micromanagement from senior staff, you run your own portfolio your way. The team culture here is amazing! Step away from the normal and enter a fun and modern workplace!

The Role:
  • Manage 150 Properties with leasing support
  • TIL for Saturdays worked
  • AMAZING tenure of employment within this agency 
  • Lease renewal and rent reviews
  • Repair and maintenance
  • Lease sign-ups and preparation
  • Routine inspections
  • Arrears/Tribunal
  • In going/outgoings and routine inspections

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Current Agents Representative qualification
  • A clean and reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
  • Residential Property Management experience
  • The ability to work in a team autonomously
  • Professional communication skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Forward thinking with a positive attitude
