Our client is a highly respected private landlord, with high performing and unique retail assets in Western Australia.  

Your role will encompass the following;

• Business development and prospecting for new opportunities
• Building a strong network within the Perth property market
• Taking enquiries from buyers/clients
• Arranging and Inspecting properties
• Attending listing appointments, and managing relationships with both new & existing landlords/vendors
• Database management

To be successful in this role you will have;

• A current Real Estate Sales Registration
• Previous exposure in commercial property management or leasing
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Sound financial skills and capabilities
• Confidence in networking
• Demonstrated sales skills and track record of high performance
• A car and license for business use
