Management of two premium Commercial Assets

  • Drive the quality and performance of facilities management systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our client and respond to problems in a tactful and expedient manner
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient operation of services to the client
  • Undertake risk management compliance and develop sustainability initiatives
  • Develop strategy plans and ensure the efficient budgeting and financial reporting for the allocated asset.
 
Here are some of the strengths you’ll have to help us deliver:
  • Excellent Customer (Tenant) Service and strong relationship management skills
  • Previous experience in facilities management and building maintenance of a commercial building
  • Application of statutory legislation imposing or affecting operations and building services including  Workplace Health and Safety
  • Proven capabilities in managing Capex and Opex budgets
  • An ability to effectively manage several functions and project simultaneously.
