This is an exciting & varied role encompassing Sales Administration & Assistant duties with a clear progression path into sales & leasing within this commercial agency.

Roles and responsibilities of the Team Assistant will include:   

• Coordinating open for inspections
• Assisting with marketing campaigns
• Liaising with contractors & solicitors
• Database management
• Preparing sales appraisal kits
• General ad hoc duties
• Diary management
• Contract Administration 

The succesfull Team Assistant will have the following:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate presentation
• Excellent Computer Skills e.g. proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher & Database maintenance 
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi task
• Pleasant and Personable Manner
• Strong initiative and enthusiasm
• Loyal and committed work ethic
• A current certificate of registration
