Due to the projected growth, Logos Property have partnered with Redpath Partners to seek an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the NSW region and take responsibility for the overall management of the team and project portfolio.
 
Working closely with the Head of Development, Australia, you will play an integral part in managing the financial performance, stakeholder management and team development whilst bolstering Logos’ market position.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Management of the NSW development team to achieve key performance requirements across areas including cost estimation, feasibility management, project, cost and funds reporting, documentation review, development process and tenant requirements
• Drive feasibility analysis and due diligence reports
• Assess, identify & manage all project risks with recommended mitigation and reporting
• Work closely with the asset management team and capital transactions team
• Directly manage the development of projects
• Stakeholder and client management
• Recruitment of key resources and full management and development of reporting staff

This role would suit a strategic, commercially astute, development specialist with excellent stakeholder and communication skills, who relishes the exciting challenge that a growing dynamic, private business will bring.  The focus will be on implementing best practice across the team and effectively executing the project pipeline.
 
Key skills and experience include:

• Property/Construction/Design related Degree or Post Graduate qualification
• 7-10 years Development Management experience gained from the NSW market in industrial property sector
• Proven experience in construction management, building processes and construction methods Experience in the full development life cycle
• Be an inspiring leader to hire, coach and develop team members to create a collaborative, high performing culture.
• Have the ability to solve problems and plan ahead with strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
• Well-developed negotiation and persuasion skills
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of current business applications, particularly complex spreadsheet, scheduling management and project management software
