About the Role:

Fast paced, entry level role to the real estate industry. Lots of legwork conducting Open Homes, Inspections, managing adverts, screening applications. 

• Conducting open homes and OFI's
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Preparing lease agreements and bond docs
• Processing rental appliactions, reference checking
• Managing online ads, writing copy
• Ingoing inspections
• General administration and updating CRM

About You:

This is the entry level role to start your new career in Property Management ! Ideally you will have a good understanding of the property managment process and have some real estate experience.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be a problem solver
• Good communicator
• Organised and professional
• Experience in a customer service role

Certificate of Registration is essential + Drivers License and Car
