Our client is looking for a confident, hardworking and self-motivated Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant that is eager to join a team that is passionate about working with a portfolio of commercial properties.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include canvassing for new business, leasing and selling commercial property and building a strong network through various cold and warm pipelines. Your success will hinge on your ability to provide superior client service, Knowledge of Sydney’s inner west commercial property market, ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieve set objectives within KPIs. A successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the capacity to provide strong leadership. 


Job description: 

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients
• Qualifying buyer and tenant enquiries
• Business Development through Phone and face to face
• Marketing/Advertising
• Focusing on the Sydney inner-west
• Inspection of properties
• Adding to an existing database

  
For this role you will have:

• Experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing is ideal         
• Business Development confidence
• Experience with RP Office and Agent Box/Rest/Cirrus
• Reliable car and drivers licence
• Agents Representative certificate or full licence
• Knowledgeable with computers, strong attention to detail
