AZeta Property Management is currently seeking a Mandarin speaking property sales consultant to join our Melbourne Central office and to play a major role in our growing business. The successful candidate will have the potential to become company sales manager or business partnership.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
- Minimum of 1 year’ professional experience in similar role
- Proven sales track records in selling property
- High energy and motivation driven attitude to hit and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and able to work in a team environment
- Familiar with property trends in Australia
- Excellent communication and consultative skill
- Reliable car and current driver license (when necessary)
- Prepare to work on weekends or out of office hours
- Great personality and professional presentation
Responsibilities:
- Selling off-the-plan properties in Melbourne
- Excellent customer service and constant follow up with your clients
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships with current and prospective clients
- Accessing to a portfolio of new properties in Melbourne
- Possessing an ability to build and generate key relationships with outstanding consultation and excellent negotiation skills
- Possessing high energy and customer oriented attitude to hit and exceed sales targets
