The Company

An exciting opportunity to join a leading outsourced facility management service provider, working directly on a global key corporate client account. This company manages a large, diverse portfolio of clientele, including several major corporate contracts across Australia and New Zealand and pride themselves on their distinct corporate values. The Role

This successful candidate will be based in the CBD, liaising closely between the Key Account Manager and the client to ensure the effective delivery of all hard and soft services. You will be responsible for the management of all critical environment services. This role also offers invaluable exposure working within a challenging and fast pace financial service business. Responsibilities include coordinating of all reactive and preventative maintenance, overseeing the delivery of corporate services, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and ownership of periodic reporting.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination and oversight of all planned and reactive maintenance
  • Management of tenants and tenant expectations
  • Daily engagement with contractors
  • Asset audits and compliance management
  • Management of plants services

Experience required

  • Experience managing tenancy-based FM portfolios
  • Proven exposure managing tenant expectations
  • Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC qualification or relevant license
  • Sound knowledge of CMMS systems
  • Extensive experience with BMS systems.
