We're entering a growth phase here at C21 Shore with a new licensee, updated Century 21 branding and a fresh determination to provide 121% service every time.
With a strong property management team already in place, we're looking to build our sales presence across our relatively untapped market area and we need enthusiastic and energetic sales people to help us achieve our goals.
Our agent income program is uncapped and we increase your commission percentages as your achievements build.
What we're looking from you includes:
- Great attitude and hard work. (There's some big territories to cover)
- Area farming experience. Some of these areas haven't seen a real estate agent for a while. Let it be you they see next.
- Strong selling skills but with an acknowledgement that learning is continual.
- Work collaboratively with the PM team to convert rentals to sales and vice versa.
