A dynamic, sleek and savvy real estate group based in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, this award winning business is looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to work under one of Sydney’s most elite sales Directors to manage him and his business. Set in a beautifully appointed office this group is leading the way with its unblemished reputation and strong growth plans.

The role:

Working under a highly skilled and fast paced Director you will be coming to this role with a strong passion and experience in a similar EA/ Business Manager role within residential real estate. You will be working Monday - Friday with the very occasional Saturday and will support the Director with the following duties:

  • Manage all sales admin from ordering contracts to settlements
  • Booking marketing and attend photo shoots
  • Book stylists and project manage renovations to get properties ready to market
  • Prepare for appraisals, opens and auctions
  • Manage all social media accounts and agent marketing
  • Point of contact for all clients throughout sale campaign
  • Diary and email management, book travel and person errands as required
  • Take the lead on managing the business and planning for the team

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 year's experience in real estate in a similar role
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of the sales process
  • A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
  • A clean drivers licence and reliable car
  • A good attitude and commitment to the job
  • Ability to be one step ahead of the Director at all times
