We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic Property Manager to join our small but busy Stawell team. Your main responsibility will be to manage the residential property including:
- property inspections
- tenant enquiries
- processing tenancy applications
- manage and process rental payments
- property maintenance
- regular contact with landlords
- facilitating landlord statements
- creditor payments
Applicants with prior experience in real estate, who are well presented, have a desire to learn, a friendly but professional communication style and advanced computer skills will be at a distinct advantage. A valid driver’s license is essential to this role. Candidates will require a current agents representative qualification or have a willingness to complete this training.
