Our client is a growing development company based in the CBD, they have a number of developments already under their belt & are looking to ramp up their acquisitions over the next five years. 

Due to growth there is an opportunity for a Acquisitions Agent to join their team.  

Duties include 

• Canvassing & Door Knocking 
• Highest & Best use Analysis 
• Develop strong working relationships with  land owners, agents, developers and key stakeholders
• Prepare detailed due diligence/purchase reports on all new acquisitions 
• Prepare tender submissions, expressions of interest documentation or joint venture structures
• Negotiating price and terms and conditions of purchase 
• Re-selling purchased sites 

There is opportunity to move into a ‘development manager role’ down the track as the company grows. This group is well funded and has a mandate to purchase at least $ (high XX) millions in land value per year. 

There is a lucrative Commission structure on offer, which is higher than most Agencies. 
$60,000 Base salary - OTE 1st year $150,000 2nd year $300,000+
(No DR/CR) 

The criteria? 

• Exposure to Residential Sales / Development Site Sales /Development Analytics 
• 1 - 2 years minimum in Property Industry (Preferably from an Agency Environment)
• Be a Hunter, Hungry, a Go-Getter
• Excellent Networking Skills 
• Have an existing network of property professionals
