This is an amazing opportunity for an impressive individual to join an elite and successful Real Estate Group as a Sales Associate in Melbourne CBD.
You will be continually challenged with cold calling an established database of buyers, looking for new business and selling off the plan and established residential properties.
The successful candidate will be developed and trained to the diamond standard in the art of residential real estate sales. With full access to 'State of the Art' Ray White Training Program all whilst building your own property portfolio and creating real wealth.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be ambitious, confident and self motivated
- Be tenacious about doing the deal
- Be immaculately presented with a mature approach
- Have strong communication skills
- Have great people and rapport building skills
- Display a passionate attitude and deliver Customer Service to an Elite Standard
- Can work effectively in a Team environment
- Have a current drivers licence (car ownership is preferred)
- Have completed your Agent's Representative Certificate (required, if you don't have it get it if you want to get into real estate)
- Have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality that compliments sales
