Providing a high level service that is above & beyond to their high profile clients, this is an exciting Leasing Consultant opportunity for a crucial individual to hit the ground running with one of Australia's most iconic agencies. With plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Routine inspections & Saturday work
• Diary Management 
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

 The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license 
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
