Your new company
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Valuer or senior Valuer to join a reputable property firm with offices in every major City. Renowned for their high level of integrity and market knowledge they are often requested to provide valuations for portfolios comprising commercial, retail and industrial sectors.
Your new role
Our client will only employ the best valuation expert to ensure they provide their clients with the highest quality level of service. Your new company provide excellent support to their valuers, through innovative technology and through dedicated team of support staff who assist and provide support where necessary. For the right candidate there will be a genuine opportunity to progress into a leadership role.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified Property Valuer, with strong organisation and time management skills. In addition, they will possess a strong client focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to a team.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate must hold current Associate Membership (AAPI) of the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practicing Valuer status or RVP. They will also possess a current driver's licence and car. When you’re not working… you’re only a 2 ½ hour drive to the coast, 3 hour drive to the snow, 3 hour drive to Sydney and not to mention being surrounded by forest, farmland and nature reserves with plenty of adventures to be had.
