About the Role:
Due to an influx of client enquiries, we now have an opportunity for a high calibre Property Sales Consultant to join our professional sales team.
Whether you specialise in off-the-plan property sales, are a buyers’ advocate or a traditional real estate sales agent, this role offers you an opportunity to explore a career within the investment property market.
As a Property Sales Consultant, your main focus is to assist our clients with purchasing investment properties that will generate them high performance returns. The relationship starts on the phone and is looked after by the Property Sales Consultant all the way through to contract signing, referrals and future re-investments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Main duties include:
- Booking and qualifying your own appointments
- On time attendance of scheduled client meetings
- Developing rapport with clients and finding out what their needs and requirements are
- Presenting tailored investment property options
- Obtaining Property Reservations/Expressions of Interest
- Signing contracts
- Assisting clients through the decision-making process and follow up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post sales
- Seek referrals and network to grow your own suite of clients
- Meticulous record keeping
Skills & Requirements:
The successful candidate has:
- Proven Track Record in Property Sales
- Closing skills
- Strong phone skills and fluent English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
- A focused dedication and commitment to the role, our company and our clients
- Impeccable presentation
Candidates who possess the ability to speak, read and/or write in a language other than English would be highly regarded.
