Our client is a well-known and established consultancy within the Melbourne property and construction market. Due to recent growth and established partnership with an iconic developer in the luxury residential space our client is currently seeking to add a Project Manager to their team.

Working with a close knit team, reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will be left to work within a team on an iconic project while pushing timely outcomes. This role is suited to a candidate whom has strong knowledge in the construction delivery field, ideally already a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or in Design Management/Contract Admin ready to step up.
  
Day to day responsibilities include:  

• End to end project management, from concept design to delivery on/offsite
• Responsibility for scope, budget, and delivery
• Cost plan analysis & report preparation
• Identify and manage risk
• Management of team and their objectives
• Estimation & procurement of resources & equipment 

To be considered for this role you must have;

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Architecture, Construction
• A proven track record for delivering high end construction projects on time and on budget
• Experience working across built form residential and hotel
• Experience with a consultancy or builder
• First rate communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain client relationships 
• Strong Financial & commercial acumen
