The Company
Our client is a specialist commercial and retail property management company based in an affluent inner-city location with modern offices. You will be joining a fun and dynamic business working for a Director who is a highly regarded and successful professional in the property industry.
The Role
Our client continues to be successful in winning new business and increasing the size of their shopping centre portfolio which has lead them to develop a new role for an experienced marketing manager to work across their shopping centre portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans, strategies and campaigns for each asset
- Manage each centre’s websites and social media campaigns
- Develop relationships with tenants by regular visits to each asset
- Develop and manage PR / Communication strategy for the portfolio
- Create the branding and marketing material
- Create a number of exciting platforms to best support the success of each asset & tenant requirements
Within the first 6-12 months, you will have:
- Developed marketing plan for each asset
- Developed relationships with tenants
- Developed an annual schedule of events and special projects
- Build a network of community and stakeholder contacts
- Supported the business with increasing online followers and presence in the market
Requirements:
- Marketing experience specifically within shopping centres or a portfolio is essential
- Social media savvy
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Excellent communicator
- Reliable car and wiliness to travel to centres in Victoria
