About the Role
As a Sales Associate within our Retirement Living business you will provide sales, marketing and administration support to a team of Sales Professionals to ensure the various Villages are operating effectively and meeting their sales targets.
This is a great opportunity to step into property and grow your sales career!
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the customer database
- Qualifying customer leads
- Proactively following up leads and lead conversion
- Providing administration support to ensure settlements and contracts are delivered on time
- Ensuring marketing collateral and up-to-date stock lists are distributed as required
- Liaising with key internal staff including marketing, legal and customer care teams
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor and market intelligence
- Generating sales reports
About You
- You must have a Driving Licence, a car and be willing to travel between sites
- You will have administration experience, it's essential
- You will ideally come from a Property / Real Estate background and have a current Certificate of Registration or License (or working towards it)
- You will have a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service
- You will be organised, outcome focused and professional at all times
