Our well-established office in Paddington, with more than 19 years in the industry, has a stable and successful team and is looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to join the team. 

This role is critical in supporting Project Marketing, Residential and Alliance Partner sales teams to develop and deliver marketing engagement programs, creating an end to end, results-driven framework. . The person appointed to this role will demonstrate the following characteristics:

This role’s focus is broadly 70% marketing engagement delivery and 30% sales operation support.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Programmes

  • Develop and implement project marketing programmes for specific developments.
  • Book and manage advertising with external suppliers.
  • Build, monitor and reporting on digital advertising ie Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords platforms.
  • Organise client events.
  • Competence with Photoshop and E-marketing programs will be viewed upon highly favourably.
  • Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.

Engagement Programme

  • Develop and implement an Alliance Partner engagement programme to support this division in delivering business objectives – EDM schedule and delivery, quarterly update and distribution of Alliance Partner project book, LinkedIn content sourcing/creation and scheduling.
  • Work collaboratively with the Alliance Partner team to identify, recommend and implement effective engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the Alliance Partner team travel schedule.
  • Manage sales events, project events and buyer expo involvement (stand, promotion, etc).

Alliance Partner Sales Operation Support

  • Prepare and issue contracts for Alliance Partner sales, follow-up progression and report on contract status (live reporting).
  • Develop and manage a live Alliance Partner business reporting framework ensuring it is maintained and current – sales performance against business targets.
  • Communicate performance against targets with the management team, identifying opportunities.
  • Prepare and issue Alliance Partner agreements and manage ongoing administration of agreements.
  • Input, manage and maintain data and information regarding Position projects and price lists on Position Property agent portal for current and all new projects.
  • Maintain and manage details of incentive packages and commission structures across all projects.
  • Ensure all required sales materials and tools are available, up to date and organised (contracts, disclosures, agent kits, brochures, etc).
  • Assist with on-site sales inspections and pre-settlement inspections as required.
  • Maintain understanding of various real estate industry and property contractual requirements as needed to fulfil duties.
  • Manage team meeting scheduling, minute taking & distribution and follow-up to ensure completion of committed tasks by each team member.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience with running social media programmes and advertising
  • Expertise in using Photoshop for EDM creation and document updating would be viewed highly favourably
  • Experience with an emarketing system would be viewed highly favourably
  • Experience with a sales CRM system would be viewed favourably
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of “off-the-plan” sales and settlement process and sales contracts
  • Current Real Estate Certificate (either Sales or Property Management) viewed favourably
  • Develop an understanding of Position Property projects, systems and agent relationships.
  • Maintain a current understanding of various real estate industry and property contractual requirements as needed to fulfil duties
  • Above average competence with Microsoft Office suite essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 

ROLE LOGISTICS

This role will be based in our Paddington office, with requirements to frequently drive to site sales offices throughout Brisbane. Own car and drivers licence required.

This role is predominantly Monday-Friday, typical work hours, however there will be occasion where attendance at work events is required after hours.
