This client is a strong performer across the Commercial Real Estate industry - primarily focused on the Western suburbs, this agency has a strong team focus where everyone is treated with the respect that they deserve.
This position is an incredible opportunity for a junior candidate looking to make a break into commercial real estate - an all-rounder role. Primarily you will be involved in the leasing side of the business completing duties such as:
Duties:
- Answering phones enquiries
- General office support such as filing, photocopying, banking, mail
- Database management
- Assisting Property Management - receipts rents, updating tenant info etc.
The Successful Applicant:
- Someone straight out of school or uni
- Excellent computer skills
- Attitude is everything - willingness to help and learn
- Long term interest in Commercial Real Estate career
- Good written and verbal communications
- Certificate of Registration, or wiliness to obtain ASAP.
- Self-motivated and energetic and work autonomously.
