Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them Property and Facility Management solutions. We also look at their leasing & property requirements.
What this job involves:
Working on a high profile government account, this role will challenge you and your team to deliver exceptional service across a diverse portfolio. You will ensure that our clients’ tenancies meet all compliance requirements, are fully operational and adhere to the highest possible standards.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing benchmarking data & analysis of the portfolio on all aspects of property management
- Providing general property management advisory services including procedures relating to the portfolio & delivery of services
- Undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews, establish new leases, licences, terminations, expiries, early surrenders, assignments, subleasing etc.
- Budget development, management, and reporting specific to the portfolio
- Promoting teamwork and excellence
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You will engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure that service delivery expectations are met and as such you will need experience working in a high volume environment with a major tenant or landlord group. You’ll have proven leasing transaction management experience within a retail or commercial portfolio as well as experience in managing a substantial & geographically disperse property portfolio.
An Agents representative certificate is essential as is being an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirement. You must be able to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.
You’ll be able to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines whilst still providing excellent client service. The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial as well as good business and financial acumen.
