What this opportunity involves:

We’re currently seeking an Analyst to work within one of JLL’s successful business lines, Capital Markets, based in Canberra!

Joining this team in a busy and fast-paced role, you’ll be working closely with internal and external clients, and responsible for providing high level analysis and support the team to increase their effectiveness and financial performance in the commercial market! 

Snapshot of the role: 

• Provide financial, tenancy & lease analysis
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to write and produce detailed marketing reports
• Producing advertising material for press advertising, brochures and online content
• Assisting in preparation of pitch documents and submissions for new business
• Providing superior financial and tenancy analysis on all facets of commercial property
• Assisting in identifying and profiling major investment sales opportunities

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a tertiary qualification in Property, Business or related field, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Your strong analytical and report writing skills, organisational skills and attention to detail, teamed with excellent verbal and written communication will make you a star candidate!
