Our client is one of Melbourne's Best Boutique Property Developers! This is an opportunity for a talented Property Manager to join their Residential Department that provide expert Property Management services to Brand New & Existing Developments in Melbourne's CBD. Working amongst a fantastic team headed up by a supportive Department Manager, this is a streamline division recognised as local area experts.
  
The Role:
Managing a neat, tidy and local portfolio of Apartments ONLY, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to focus on managing properties all in one spot! Offering a collection of boutique shops, galleries, parks, lane ways, cafes, restaurants and bars, this is a portfolio with minimal maintenance required. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Managing 150 Properties (all apartments!)
• Leasing process
• Liaising with Landlords/owners
• Manage repairs and maintenance issues
• Rental arrears management
• Managing rent increases
• Completion of in-going and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend VCAT hearings when required
• Using REST, Fliesmart & Inspect Manager

  
The Candidate:

• A Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License
• Previous Real Estate Experience as a Property Manager
• Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
• An Excellent Working Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• A Positive Attitude & Professional Presentation
