Currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager, this is an opportunity to work alongside a knowledgeable Senior with plenty of structure and systems.
  
The Role:
This is an opportunity to provide a high level of service that is above & beyond! Working alongside a fantastic Senior Property Manager, we are looking for a talented individual that follows a streamline Property management process.  You will be responsible for:

• Assisting a Senior Property Manager
• Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls
• Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
• Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
• Manage repairs
• Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
• Conduct routine inspections  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate Experience as an Assistant Property Manager
• Must have a current Driver's Licence
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Motivated & ability to work in a team
