The Position
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their busy Lower North Shore office on a full-time basis.
Duties include:
- Oversee, mentor and manage a Property Manager
- Maintain landlord relationships
- Tribunal hearings
- Manage escalated repair and maintenance requests
- Carry out annual property inspections and collate reports
- NO leasing and NO accounts
The Person
- Minimum 5 years in a Property Manager role
- Experience in mentoring and training staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionally presented
- High attention to detail
- Time efficient and ability to prioritise
- A flair for people and relationship building
- Enthusiastic and passionate about running your own team
- Current Certificate of Registration
