This major bank is well known for its success with its customers, employee engagement and social responsibility and as a result of promotions an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Credit Analyst (SA level) to join its Property team.
Working closely with your Property Relationship Managers and various Product areas,
as Senior Associate, you will have developing responsibility for your own portfolio and manage all aspects of property lending, including identifying potential opportunities with both existing and target customer groups, to expand the existing portfolio within the current risk framework, whilst continuing to maintain your own accounts, determining credit quality and associated risks and using your market and industry experience to interpret financial and market data and deliver key customer insights.
Your Credit and Relationship Management experience, from the property sector, will enable you to work through complex deals from origination through to close. You will be familiar with drafting credit papers and annual reviews and have deep knowledge of broad banking systems and processes and be aspiring to run your own portfolio. You will have tenacity and drive to support new business development, provide solutions and influence outcomes through your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
