This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager, with a minimum of 12 months experience to join a different type of business, with an office based in the CBD.

They have a close knit team who are sociable, down to earth and are there to help support and motivate you! Other details/requirements are as followed:

Positive attitude is needed at all times
Confident in picking up the phone and building relationships/rapport
Managing a portfolio of 150 properties (currently at 120)
Using initiative and being proactive 
8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday, 1/3 Saturdays with the following Friday off in leiu
Full Admin support is provided
Company car can be provided- no use of own vehicle
Generous commission structure for all Property Managers

Due to the nature of the business, you will also have interaction with a number of different departments and the company will ensure that all teams sit together and interact.
