Our client is part of a boutique brand located in a Prestigious office in Blackburn. Looking for a motivated Property Manager to take charge and build the current portfolio.

The Role

Liaising with landlords and tenants
Repairs and Maintenance management
Attend tenancy Tribunals
Negotiating Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
Attend Tenancy Tribunals
Rental Arrears Management

Profile

To be considered for this position, the following skills are required:

12+ months experience as a Property Manager
Hold a Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate licence
Current Drivers licence and a Reliable car
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships
Ability to maintain an excellent customer focus
