Our Client is a national owner and operator of retail shopping centres, primarily bulky goods and home maker centres. They have an enviable portfolio of centres and a solid development pipeline underway.
They currently have an opportunity for a Tenancy Coordinator to join the team and lead the design and delivery process across their assets. With excellent systems and procedures in place this role will suit someone with the right transferable skills who is looking to step into a Tenancy coordination role.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing the design & delivery process of all new and existing retailers across the national portfolio.
- Collaborating with retailers to maximise store design, heightening the visual appearance of the shopping centre.
- Formalising the process from leasing to centre management teams, creating a smoother transition for the retailer.
To be successful in this role you need to have experience in the retail sector ideally in design, design management or delivery. The ideal candidate will understand the relationship between retailer and landlord and have a passion for getting the right outcomes for both in an efficient and succesful mannner.
You will have a background in retail design, tenancy coordination, leasing coordination or project coordination. Having exposure to managing a program of works and excellent stakeholder management are a must.
