Our client is a market leading property business located on the North Shore with operations across residential, commercial and project marketing. Our client has continued to list a number of exciting new developments in the Sydney metropolitan area, and as a result now have an new exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Position
In this incredibly fast-paced role, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager to deliver engaging brand and marketing strategies across multiple offices.
Your role as Marketing Manager will see you responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for each new project across multi-media platforms
- Organising & creating brochures and signboards
- Managing the online presence including property microsites, social media, video campaigns
- Liaising with developers and the sales team on all marketing promotion activities
- Setting and managing marketing budgets
- Coordinating with/briefing media and design agencies
- Managing project launches and assisting with the preparation of display suites
- Preparing market research
- Monitoring market trends and much more!
The Person
- Previous real estate or marketing experience a must!
- Creative ability to 'think outside the square'
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of social media/marketing platforms
- Competent with various computer software programs
